So here's the deal: I'm not a big "deep conditioner" person, every once in a blue moon I will try one, but it's a rare occurance.
And, last night was one of those rare times; my hair was in DESPERATE need of some TLC.
(I just got back from 3 wonderful days in the middle of the desert, so you can imagine the hair damage!)
Prior to my trip, I packed my usual shampoo/conditioner, but I was totally rushing, so, I forgot it at home.
Great.
Needless to say, I was forced to use the CRAPTASTIC shampoo the hotel provided.
The shampoo dried my hair out. There was no conditioner. And, to say the least, my hair was reminiscent of Diana Ross -- on a bad day.
So you can imagine, after I returned home from the desert wedding (which really was fabulous. Intimate, only 10 people - it was blissful) I was SO HAPPY to
A. Be home with my regular products.
B. Try out my new Thermafuse, deep conditioner treatment!!
On Intense Repair:
The first thing I noticed was the awesome smell of mint-chocolate!!! I wanted to lick the container!! (ed note: Misti, seriously. When products give food orgasms, I'm already sold. xox, E)
The product is nice and thick, so you don't actually need to use a whole lot of it (about the size of a silver dollar should do if you have medium length hair, like me).
I left the product in my hair for about 3-5 mins (I suggest either clipping it up or using a shower cap to make sure it doesn't rinse out) & after rinsing my hair, it felt soooo soft!
When I combed my hair through, I had no tangles - mega plus.
Then, after routine blowdrying, my hair was luscious & shiny!
PS: This is NOT an everyday conditioner, you only need to use it once a week, especially if you abuse your blow dryer & flat iron!
