FNO2010.jpgLast year I bounced around with some friends on Fashion's Night Out. It had it's highs and lows.

Highs: The city had a great energy and the if you hit up the right stores, you can be in luck to snag a few samples.

Lows: Get there early otherwise you'll be trampled on by hot sweaty bitches pulling out each other's weaves for a glass of free champagne.

Here's a list of this list of some of the best events happening this Friday:

Vince: Stop by Vince and enjoy a performance by DJ Mia Moretti and electric violinist Caitlin Moe. Go early and you can grab a custom FNO DJ Mia Moretti playlist. 7 PM - 11 PM, 833 Washington Street. RSVP: www.vincerocksnyc.com

Andaz 5th Avenue: Celebrate with Vogue Food Critic Jeffrey Steingarten & Celebrity Chef David Chang, Tastings of artisanal whiskeys and specialties from Momofoku. 6-9pm. Andaz 5th Avenue, 485 5th avenue. rsvp: andaz5thavenueevents.com

Patricia Field: Patricia Field is hosting a lavish affair, complete with a Maybelline New York Falsies Bar to get "false lash glammed" for the evening and DJ sets by Amanda Lepore and Cazwell. (Side note: Love Amanda Lepore.) 8 PM - 1 AM, 302 Bowery

FNO2010.jpgWith all of my wedding planning going on I'm 100% out of the loop on anything remotely cool. I realize I can't vacuum myself out of reality, so I'm making a fair attempt to get back in the game. Which leads me to Fashion's Night Out.

What's the deal, are you going? (Last year Lauren & I spent the night running around Bergdorf's...)

Have you seen this agenda map on their website?

You can choose what hoods you want and what categories you're interested in, so call your boos, make a list and go scoop up some free samps!

All HERE.

Oh, you all of this didn't you?

I better not turn into a big married loser. Blech.

holidayfairnyc.jpgIt's hot and sunny (!)..

So of course that means it's time to turn in your vendor applications for the Grand Central Holiday Fair.

It may be early, but I know at least a few of you GC readers are designers, gift vendors or even just have a great product to sell. This is your chance to sign up for the only indoor Holiday market in the city!

For those of you who don't know the Grand Central Holiday Fair is held in the historic Vanderbilt Hall in midtown Manhattan. People from all over New York---the surrounding areas and even tourists---attend this fair annually for unique gifts, quirky crafts and one of a kind items. The booth rental fee comes to $13,050, but with foot traffic I'm sure it's a worthy investment. So get in the Holiday spirit early and apply, the deadline is June 10th so hurry up and get those apps in ASAP!

Where? HERE.
